When I picked up the vehicle, the description stated that it was supposed to be located on the second floor. I drove around looking for it and was unable to find it, and I eventually located the vehicle on the third floor. After finding it, I had to take pictures and complete the process before I could leave with the vehicle.
The vehicle I drove into the parking garage ended up receiving a parking ticket because I was not able to pay the parking fee to get through. I was never notified that there was only a 10-minute time limit to be in the parking lot while picking up the rental. Had I been informed of this beforehand, I would have handled the situation differently.
I also noticed that the back right tail light is not working. Additionally, I rented this particular vehicle because I really liked the sunroof, but I was told that the sunroof was locked and could not be used. This was disappointing because the sunroof was one of the reasons I chose this vehicle.
