The car we got was great. Everything seemed to be in excellent condition. The pickup was smooth and drop off was just as easy. Communication was alright, I’m looking forward to another rental from them in the future

Took this car on a short road trip and absolutely loved it. The navigation screen really came in handy. The speakers were amazing, made the trip more fun! The check in and out process was flexible and easy :)

The car is not up to standard or as advertised. There is a panel in the back that has been in an accident and hasn’t been repaired. The hosts came and fixed a tire that had an issue but only after I insisted they come. First they tried telling me it was a sensor issue and if I had not be adamant about it being more than that, I would have been stranded with the vehicle. It’s an alright car. Not the best, not the worst. Good hosts.
