Beautiful vehicle. Extremely flexible with pick up and drop off. Highly recommend. Came through when my previous rental was cancelled while I was en route to Las Vegas.

When I first got the car, it pulled. to the right slightly,. A couple days later I was on the highway and had a flat, I exit off the highway thank God I was close to an auto mechanic shop and I reported it to the host. The host thanked me for informing me and asked for a pic of the flat tire , I took a pic of the tire , the the host made an accusation of that the tire was stabbed which was ridiculous and I explained to him there was a split in the middle of the tire, I took a picture and send it to him. Then he told me that the car would drive better if a new tire was put on the vehicle . I asked him would he go half on it and he ghosted me. I purchased a tire for $125 reported to him and he responded by complaining that this was not a new tire. He did not offer me another car and or any assistance. He the host complain that was not a new tire and I explained to him that he has four different brands of tires on this vehicle and I was not gonna purchase a new tire I purchased that used tire. Then he decided to respond to me thank you.. he did not offer me another vehicle or said he did not respond to giving me give me half on the tire. Nothing just ghosted me.. until I told him I purchased the tire and he said thank you. Later on he asked me to give him 5 stars on my trip , I did not respond!!
