Host was great with communication. Our flight was delayed and host answered our call in the early morning to open the car for us. Host did contact me the day before, mentioning that there was damage on the car from a recent accident. We still kept the reservation and he offered us a free cooler and ice packs. Car drove fine and it was reliable.

Got a message a couple hours before pickup saying the gmcsr had been damaged. That was a bummer because I really make choices on rentals based on several aspects including aesthetics. But the host Austin offer to accommodate the inconveniences with a couple add ons. Only suggestions is to offer or include a windshield screen. It’s really hot in Vegas and auto start isn’t an option on this vehicle.
