The host was helpful in making pick up instructions super easy which I appreciate. However I do have a few complaints. I feel bad that I have to make a not so great review but I feel obligated to just so future customers know what to expect. When I picked up the car and looked inside, the first thing I noticed was how dirty the seats were. There was no trash laying around in the car which is good but the seats had some white stuff in the back and especially the seats in the front looked black and like so much dirt and residue has been sitting there for years. I can tell the seat covers have not been switched in a very long time. The smell in the car was a very musty smell . It grossed me out every time I got into the car. My daughter and friend also complained that the smell was so bad. With the dirty seats and just with the interior having so much residue and dust, it really grossed me out . I did lay old shirts on the seats so I didn’t have to sit on the sits because when I would wear shorts and sit on the seats, I notice I would start itching . I don’t know if it was a reaction or not. If you get this car I suggest bringing a towel or something to put on there. For me personally , the smell and uncleanliness was very hard for me to stomach. I really needed to use this car to get from point A to B , so I tolerated it. I also want to mention that the brakes are on metal to metal so when you break there is a great delay time. I have dealt with having metal on metal with previous vehicles I owned and when I had taken it to a mechanic they told me I should not leave with the car in that condition because it is extremely dangerous . I looked at previous reviews on this car and someone else complained about the brakes as well back in February. I really hope the host will get this fixed asap. The AC works really well and is cold until you are at a stop. Whenever I was at a red light , the car thermometer would go to over heat and the air would get extremely hot. That should definitely be looked out , not only because it’s annoying in this extremely hot Vegas heat, but there’s a serious underlying issue there. This was one of the cheapest vehicles I could find for the time frame that I needed that which is helpful . However , even with the right budget I’m on right now, I personally would pay extra money to avoid these issues as they were a huge deal breaker for me.
