When booking this Jeep Wrangler we messaged the host with a few questions and were ignored until pick up. The car was tidy and pick up was easy enough however, when we picked up the car we noticed there was a chip in the windscreen in the middle of the driver's view. We raised this with the host who said he knew about it beforehand (it is evident in the check in photos) but did not tell us. He was unwilling to replace the car despite 3 other jeep wranglers in the lot and said they all had chips anyway (which they did not). After pushing, the only resolution they offered was to cancel the entire trip, knowing full well that we wouldn't as we were in the car, in the middle of their lot, on the outskirts of the city, on our honeymoon with no other means of transport. After the trip we mentioned this to Turo and the host harassed us with rude/abusive messages ruining the whole experience. Be aware, the car that you hire may not be in a fit state to drive and the host can be aggressive and rude.

Entire process was extremely smooth with clear, prepared instructions sent for both check-in and drop off. Jeep was very well equipped. My family loved it!

Wow! The Jeep was in the remote parking at the airport. Filled with gas and ready to go. Great options, we really enjoyed the automatic top. The rental had a 1200 mile allotment which allowed us to hike the Red Rock Canyon, visit the Hoover Dam and swing by the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. Easy drop off back in remote parking at the airport. Highly recommend.
