Jeep was fantastic great on gas and surprisingly very spacious. It was comfortable and clean. The host was great and drop off was seamless.

Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience. The car was delivered with empty wiper fluid, which made driving with a dirty windshield a safety concern. More importantly, after the trip, the host claimed I was responsible for a windshield chip. Despite me providing time-stamped photos showing the chip was present at check-in, the host continued to deny the evidence and pursue the claim. I would not recommend this host due to the lack of maintenance and the stressful post-trip communication.
Our vehicle is fully inspected before and after every trip, including confirming the windshield washer fluid is full and working properly at delivery.
No issue was reported during the trip. Pre-trip photos show the windshield had no damage; however, chips were present upon return.
