Great service and maintained vehicle

Car was clean and drove great. Had no issues, host was communicative and prompt.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for host to unlock car to let me in and couldn’t start trip till 11am when trip started at 10am originally, post also parks car in the airport parking lot where it charges you $14 and you have to pay for it even though you did not park the car or leave it there so inconvenient and terrible trip

You were 20 minutes late for the pickup. Additionally, the pickup instructions clearly stated that there is a $14 parking fee because the vehicle was parked in the airport’s parking lot.
You also attempted to report that the vehicle was not provided with a full tank of gas, when it clearly was. Thankfully, Turo reviewed the evidence and was able to verify that the vehicle was delivered with a full tank.
