First, we got to the lot before the car was returned from previous renters. I called & the host sent his father. Car wasn't clean, dad tried wiping it down the best he could. Taking photos of it, the interior was fine, tires were bald & steering wheel moaned when it moved when the car started. It drove just fine though, got us where we wanted to be.
I didn't like how I had to return it. Again, no answer from host & we had to go to catch our flight. I received the keys from his father so there was no lock box to leave the key. I picked a place and was sure to message host to let him know where. I didn't like having to do that but he gave me no other choice. I do not think I would use this host again.

It's a nice vehicle and it did great for us on our road trip. Knocking off a few stars mostly because communication was not great. I asked multiple times for a car seat, yet it it was forgotten, then the wrong one was brought, and it was eventually fixed but caused an hour delay to the start of the trip. The car was not really clean when delivered either (crumbs on seats, dirt and bugs all over exterior) and the tires were nearly bald.
