The vehicle was reserved in advance for another guest, so unfortunately it could not be extended for an additional day.
As a host, I cannot cancel or disrupt another guest’s confirmed reservation simply to accommodate an extension. I understand that this may have been inconvenient, but the vehicle’s availability was based on the existing reservation schedule and was not something I could change.
It is disappointing that you left a negative review over your own personal issue.
