Tim was a great host and stayed professional and within reach throughout the trip.
We experienced a factory vehicle issue that was outside of his control, and both Tim and Turo support were responsive and helpful in resolving.
I appreciate the communication and would gladly rent from Tim again in the future.

I apologize for the unexpected inconvenience caused during your trip, vehicle was taken to the dealership right away and there was a faulty turbo sensor that was causing the problem. It is being taken care of. Hope to better host you next time!
