Unmaintainced , dirty coolant n oil
I am sorry you felt this way Irena, our vehicles are always kept up to date on maintenance and this vehicle is due for an oil change in 800 miles so it is coming up on its oil change which Is why it may appear not perfectly clean but it is not overdue and the car has no drivability issues.
