This was our first Turo experience when we came to Las Vegas for a family reunion. Pick up and drop off was super easy. Car was clean and drove nicely. We experienced a situation where tire pressure was low due to a screw in the tire causing a slow leak. Stefan came to the location we were eating breakfast at with our family, fixed the tire and had it ready to go before we were done eating! Service was exceptional, we will definitely be using Turo again and Stefan’s fleet is highly recommended!
