I have a ton I can say about this specific Turo rental (not a fan of Turo Vegas) or at least the airport version however the host was speedy with the response even though not the answer I was hoping for

I apologize about your experience but like I told you the issue is out of my control. All cars must be dropped of at the rental car center at Harry Reid airport there is no way around that.
Beautiful little mid size SUV, very sleek, smooth ride and acceleration, great fuel economy. The host was very responsive and even let me extend my trip when I was running late. Would definitely book again
