The host makes this car rental SO easy!! Pick up and drop-off was flawlessly smooth and simple. Would ABSOLUTELY rent from these guys again!!

The car is not tinted, which really sucks in Las Vegas heat the steering wheel shook when I drove on freeway speeds therefore, I believe that there was an alignment that needs to be done on the vehicle. I did notify the host. I had to drive on the surface streets, the duration of my visit which really hinder my ability to make it from Northwest Las Vegas to Southern Highlands daily for work. Other than that, the host was friendly when I did notify them, but besides besides the only solution being to shorten my trip with no other way to drop the car off at an earlier time did not really help the situation
Not sure what this guest was talking about. The car had brand new tires put on and tires were aligned right before this guests trip, so I already doubted there was an actual issue with shaking the guest complained of. Regardless, they were offered to drop car off and take a refund. They declined. Upon return, I drove car on the freeway just fine and no shaking. Also, car was just inspected by Firestone. No issues.
