I don’t have anything to say.
This customer returned the vehicle with some scratches that he didn’t notice. We informed him about it and he immediately left this review.
After he took time to review all pre trip and post trip photos he realized the scratches were his responsibility and he even covered the repair costs.
So disappointing to see a customer retaliate by leaving a bad review before reviewing all the evidence. Also disappointing that customers are not able to modify their reviews.

We rented the car for 8 total of 2 families of 4. This car is fantastic. We all had carry on luggage and the Suburban for all our luggage no problem. Erik and his team are awesome to communicate with. We drove to car to Zion national park and back. Just a great experience I’ll rent from Erik again.
