No response when texting the host about the check engine light coming on and going off several times!! This morning woke up Battery was dead. The guy from the office was nice enough to come out and swept the battery instead of me calling a tow with roadside but when trying to swap the car out, they gave me a bit of a problem so I just ended my trip.

Asked a question while on the trip and never got an answer

Was charged $120 to have the car dropped off after the original price was quoted with the correct address. The car was then late 20 minutes while we waited outside in the Vegas heat. Then my CC was charged an additional separate charge of $147 that I disputed and called for a credit. I just received an email that the charge is for a rental in April of 2019 (more than 7 years ago) for an extra day that I can no longer look up on my Turo app. A complete nightmare that I will report to the BBB. Ill delete the app and NEVER use Turo again. Uber is cheaper and more reliable. Would rate a ZERO if I could.
