The car was in excellent condition and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were incredibly easy, and communication throughout the rental was prompt and seamless. The vehicle was very fuel-efficient, spacious, and had plenty of room for our luggage while still being easy to maneuver and drive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely rent this car again. Highly recommend!

Not pleased about being charged for being 15 minutes late even though I didn’t pick it up until 1:30 am Tuesday morning when pick up time was supposed to be 9:30 pm Monday night

Guest was not charged. He was confused with the automated texts Turo sends to return the vehicle at the end of his trip. False accusation.
