Car was great. Car was clean, well maintained and gave us zero issues. Small crack in headlight and a scratch on the fender, but host did make us aware and did not affect the vehicle. Low mileage vehicle. Would recommend.

Car was dirty, scratches all over, cracked headlight, they clearly don’t care as they rented me a car that was in an accident and didn’t bother to fix and clean it thoroughly before renting it out.

Even though Turo marketing is "skip the rental shuttle and rental lines" You do still have to get on the rental car shuttle bus to go to the car rental center even if you choose for airport pickup. God forbid if the small main turo lot is full. You have about a 1/4 mile walk with your luggage in 109 degree weather to go find or drop off your car.
The key FOB. Battery died while I was renting the car and I was stuck outside for 20 minutes in valet. I had to make time in my schudle to go to the dealership to get a new battery so I could get into the vehicle. Hopefully that will save others from having to get stuck like I did with my client.
A friend of mine rented a higher end SUV vehicle and his was parked in valet and they texted him a picture of the pre paid claim ticket. He was at the hotel and checking in when I was still trying to get to my car from the rental center.
Car is nice and other than the key fob dying it was a clean, well running vehicle.
