This was my first trip using Turo, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a great experience.
The 2019 BMW X3 was neat and clean when I received it, which made a great first impression. The vehicle was comfortable and enjoyable to drive. There was an occasional slight jerk during acceleration, but overall the car drove smoothly and handled well on highway and in city both. The interior was modern and comfortable, and it stayed cool even during the hot summer weather, making the trip more enjoyable.
The host, Timothy, provided clear check-in and checkout instructions ahead of time, making the process simple and stress-free. I arrived earlier than my scheduled pickup time, and Timothy was kind enough to come early and hand over the keys in person.
Throughout the trip, Timothy was responsive and available through messages whenever I had a question or needed assistance.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly book this vehicle again if given the opportunity.
