The car worked perfectly and was great. The only issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke. There were a ton of air fresheners in the car but they gave me and my friend a headache. We threw away the air fresheners and lived with the cigarette smoke.

Pickup was easy, car looked great but had a strong odor from previous renter. Once I notified him, he immediately called me to offer a replacement vehicle. Was able to meet up to swap vehicles and was given an upgraded vehicle! Great communication and resolution! Will rent from him again!
