The car, was great but the process around the car I found cumbersome. I have used Turo several times and have not been asked to take a picture with the vehicle before knowing where the keys were. I have also not experienced needing to take off and put on a car cover. This additional step made getting to my ride to the airport much longer. I cannot recall if I missed this information when initially booking with this host. The vehicle was great otherwise.
