Hi Brittany, thank you for your feedback and for choosing our Audi Q7! We inspected the seatbelt after your trip and found food lodged inside the buckle, which caused the release button to stick. The vehicle was also returned with quite a bit of leftover food throughout the interior. We’ve since cleaned everything thoroughly and resolved the issue.
