A professional Group renting his car. They have several cars so I felt like renting from a rental company. Just a bit smoother and quicker. Carr was in very good condition. Very good location next to Lakeland Airport.

The car would not start on multiple occasions, had to spend more money on Ubers and was very late to work one day. They came out and said nothing was wrong with it, then before I dropped it off i took the car to be cleaned and put the gas exactly back where it was when I got it. And still got a 40 dollar invoice for “missing fuel”. Terrible experience.
Sorry you feel you had a bad experience but we do our best to provide great service and support on every trip. We was only notified of 1 issue and addressed it immediately and found it was user error. When you are driving a push to start vehicle, you must push the brake in the start button at the same time. We do realize this can be tricky, but it is standard with all push to start vehicles.
