Great experience overall! The Lexus TX was clean, comfortable, spacious, and a great drive. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire rental. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend!

Car was great. Host was difficult.
Host Initially asked where at ORD I wanted to pick the car up at the start of my trip, which was a 12:30 PM check in.
Host Then indicated they would be parking the car overnight the night before despite previous instructions that indicated the host may park car overnight if check in was 8 am or earlier.
Host did not want to park car at my requested location until I asked them to cancel the trip.
Upon return, host did not communicate instructions to put the key back in the pouch in which it came, which apparently is necessary for them to lock the car remotely.
Overall really poor communication from the host and an unwillingness to leave car at requested time and location until I asked them to cancel the reservation.

Host should not have had this reservation continued due to lengthy back and forth discussion about pickup and parking ticket payment before trip start, Host requested to cancel or host was about to cancel because host was not comfortable, but host allowed to go as friendly, that decision got us bad review & guest updated in review as he requested to cancel & he parked 5 hours before the trip end time, when host was not scheduled to pickup the car. its about guest attitude, not a friendly guest.
