Great experience! The vehicle was easy to pick up, communication was excellent throughout the trip, and the SUV was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely rent again. Highly recommend.

Car was new. Drove very nicely. Not happy about having to check email as a second security verification last minute and without any warning. I did not have access to my email so was almost stuck at the Sanford Airport past midnight. I was able to call the host very late which was very helpful.

Stinel was amazing from the beginning! Reassured me that the SUV would be there when I arrived and it was. Explained every detail. Finding the vehicle was easy since a map with directions is given as soon as I landed and I followed it straight to the SUV. Also, it was clean, no smoke or animal smell "which I need with asthma". Full tank of gas and the cooler I got as an extra was perfect!!! I would definitely book with them again!!! 5 stars!!!
