The new 2025 RAV-4 was spotless and in excellent condition. The owners tried to be as accommodating as possible; they put a phone cable in the care to facilitate CarPlay and also had WiFi. the owner was very interested in making the ride as comfortable as possible and even asked what else they can do. They had a transponder for toll roads is the car and made it clear from the beginning that they would collect after the rental period for any tolls the renter incurred. Then they left me alone to enjoy my ride. Of course they offered to intervene and help if there services were needed.
