Overall, the rental experience was good. The RAV4 worked well for my trip, pickup and communication were straightforward, and I had no issues with the vehicle itself.
The only disappointment was the parking expense. I paid $15 to exit the parking area when I picked up the vehicle, and after the trip I received an additional $30 incidental charge for parking when the host retrieved it. I understand that parking fees can occur, but I wasn't expecting to essentially cover parking on both ends of the rental.
Other than that unexpected expense, everything with the trip and vehicle was fine.

Thank you for caring for our RAV4! For future guests: trip was booked for 10am pickup & 10am return. The $15 ticket occurred because pickup was at 12pm (2 hrs late). The $30 return fee occurred because car was dropped off early at 5:30am (4.5 hrs ahead), adding airport lot charges. All fees reflect actual airport receipts under Turo policy. We appreciate your business!
