The car was great and clean. What I dislike is that it’s advertised as an EV. After you book you find out it’s a Hydrogen gas EV. Charles states the price is comparable to gas cars when it is actually more expensive. I have a luxury vehicle that takes premium gas and it’s cheaper to fuel than this.

Thanks Alexis. Unfortunately the Turo system doesn't allow a fuller explanation prior to reserving the Nexo, which is why I provide more information once rented and the option to cancel. The car is technically a Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle, a FCEV.
Car was awesome, pickup a breeze. With how high gas prices are in California, the hydrogen really doesn’t raise it by much.

The car is very easy to drive and in great condition. The owner is also really nice. The only downside is that refueling with hydrogen can be a little inconvenient and somewhat expensive.

The car was spotless and exceptionally comfortable. I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Regarding the fuel, yes, hydrogen is expensive, but this vehicle is very fuel-efficient and doesn’t consume it quickly. I only needed to refuel once during the entire month, so I was very pleased with that as well. Overall, a great car and an excellent experience.
