Check in and out was a very easy process. This is only my second experience with Turo and I had an upset with the first that ended up turning out great. After this experience, I will continue to use Turo as needed in the fiture as well as recommending their services. Thank you for a great experience. It is appreciated.

First, our booking was canceled with less than two hours notice which wasn’t their fault that the previous renters didn’t return the vehicle on time, but the only other vehicle available was $230 more expensive and wasn’t available until the day after our original booking date. I paid the extra money and went to pick up the vehicle a day later just to see that it had a massive crack going all the way across the front windshield obstructing the drivers line of vision. This vehicle was not street legal. I am very disappointed with this experience and with Turo overall. Unfortunately will not be returning.

The car itself was good. It drove really well, but you can tell that it had some cosmetic work done to it.
When I went to pick up the vehicle, I called the number of the host and she had absolutely no idea who I was or what I wanted. Next, the vehicle wasn’t at the address posted on the listing so I had to call another uber just to start the trip. Additionally, I received a message prior to starting the trip about making sure the vehicle wasn’t returned on full. When I finally got in the vehicle it had, maybe, a quarter of a tank of gas in it.
Overall, the vehicle has a lot of potential.
