Car was great. Drop off communication needs some improvement. Otherwise a great experience.
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for any confusion with the drop-off communication. I typically send detailed instructions at least 2 hours before the scheduled return time to make everything as smooth as possible. I noticed the car was returned about half a day early. I didn’t get a chance to send my usual instructions. I appreciate you taking care of the car and would be happy to host you again anytime!

Tesla app wouldnt work to unlock the car, Host blamed my phone and the app, could only offer a solution if I paid $80 round trip to collect a key card off him plus a $200 deposit. Was not willing to help the situation and Turo were not much better either.
I imagine it would be a nice car to rent but if you have any issues then good luck rectifying them with this host. He kept saying no one else has had an issue so it must be our fault. We ended up wasting 4 hours of our time trying to sort this issue and were still locked out of the car and in the end had to cancel the trip at our own cost of $110!!
Would not recommend unless you like issues and condecending messages blaming yourself when you have tried everything the host suggests and it still doesnt work.
