Car horn did not work, had to pay to pick car up from lot with NO notice, returning car was a hassle. Had to pay 10 dollars because I couldn’t find a place to return the car. Car was filthy on pickup. Car only had half a tank on pickup. I’ve used Turo many times and this was my worse experience.
While I appreciate feedback, several statements are incorrect. The vehicle was parked & ready the night before the trip, but the guest uploaded their license 30 mins AFTER start time, delaying pickup. The vehicle was washed & vacuumed before delivery & pretrip photos show its clean condition, love bugs on car are inevitable. Fuel was at 5/8 tank & returned lower at 1/2. Thanks for informing me on the horn issue, it has been addressed but Parking fees & lot availability are outside host control.
