That is incorrect. The car had only one tire issue, which the previous guest had not reported to me. The car had no other problems. The guest simply did not like the car, which is why she was dissatisfied.
I offered her alternatives, including the option to return the car if she was not satisfied with it. However, she did not even respond to my messages.
Low tread and wobbly ride. Could feel bubble forming, but overall got out party from point a to point b safely

Pickup was smooth. Vehicle was perfect, got me to where I needed to go. Just drove a little rough, but I address with host. Maybe just the tire. That’s what it felt like. Otherwise, trip was successful.
