The car runs like it’s has a transmission problem. The car drive slow. The owner of the vehicle is very bad at communicating. The owner will tell false information on you and try to scam you out of your money so be careful.

For clarification, this review is inconsistent with our messages during the trip. You told me you liked the vehicle, wanted to rent it again the following day, and discussed renting it for two weeks. No transmission issue was reported during the trip. The smoking violation was documented after return and reported to Turo with evidence. Turo has the messages, photos, and documentation to independently review the situation.

The car was clean, reliable, and got me where I needed to go with no issues. Overall, I had a good experience with the vehicle itself. My only concern was communication with the host. Responses were not always timely, and there were times when I had questions during the trip that went unanswered. When renting a vehicle, especially while you have the car, being able to reach the host when needed is important. Other than the communication issue, everything with the vehicle went smoothly.
