Car quality was great, pick up location was terrible. Slightly confusing experience. No spot indicated for pick up location at the airport. After dropping vehicle off, drop off location had multiple shuttles down and it took a very long time before we were picked up. After we were picked up the shuttle broke down on the highway and we were stuck with 2 toddlers in the heat.
