Not 5 stars because there is a crack in the windshield
Thanks for your review the windshield has a small crack, less than 1/2 inch diameter. We are going to repair it tomorrow. Thanks for letting us know.

Despite a few hiccups getting the vehicle and minor issues with same, our vacation was still good. The individual was extremely communicative and accommodating. His response time was quick and he was always willing to assist. He also was very informative. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.
