Johan was extremely professional and easy to work with. The car was as described, super clean and very reliable. The car is great on gas; it lasted me an entire week of driving. I will need a rental car 1-2 weeks of every month for business travel and will definitely be rebooking for the following reasons;
1) Owner being easy to work with
2) Professional Experience
3) Clean/Reliable Vehicle
4) Great on gas
5) Super comfortable for long drives
6) Convince of pick-up/drop-off
Personal Tip;
- Pay for the pre-paid fuel option (it’s cheaper than filling it up yourself with current gas prices)
- Pay for the tire and road side assistance, it’s $3/day and it’s worth it because you never know what can happen (Just in case)

The truck ran really well. No issues there. It was automatic instructions generated on pickup and drop off locations. However, it was a little confusing to us on exactly the address of the lot to drop it off because we didn't need it to pick it up since the shuttle took us there from the airport. When I reached out to the host, I didn't get a response by turo text message, turo direct number, nor text by his personal phone and when I called his phone it went straight to vm. We reached out 3 to 4 different ways including calling turo directly and they only said the airport. We knew we were picked up and taken to a lot. We needed that exact address. We went around in circles looking for the lot that was in the instructions. It became very frustrating. We ended up asking a worker from the airport that was in the street and she politely told us due to us not being too far from it. The host responded hours later saying they were in a church function and the instructions were in the chat and he has been a host for awhile. However, I instructed him that even though he's not available, business still needs to run properly and maybe have someone on standby when the vehicle is out. Anything could have happened. But still in all no issues with the vehicle. Very reliable truck and comfortable.
