The quality of the car was unsatisfactory. neither inside or outside was clean prior to our pickup. The tires could be rotated and balanced. Also the brakes are starting to go bad

Everything went smoothly only issue was no wiper fluid and I had to pay for the parking upon pick up. It was only $14 but still very inconvenient!
