Improvement needed. Pickup area terrible and may lead to dirty carpet right away.
I didn't want to rent my vehicle to this person because every time I rent a vehicle to someone for a day, it's a loss. My vehicles are always clean, and there's no concrete on the ground at my house; it's like all the yards in Florida, with grass or sand. I always treated this person with respect; he begged me to rent it to him, but now I see what his intentions were. He asked if he could pick it up at a different time, and I told him it had to be at the agreed-upon time.
