I can’t give 5 stars as I was very disappointed with the last minute change, on our request for a 6 passenger plus vehicle was changed as we were headed to the airport to a very small Chevy tracker. This is not acceptable service and should have been given a comparable vehicle or been given more time to be able to find a replacement that had the same amount of seats. I am glad they didn’t cancel altogether but at least we had a vehicle even though it was cramped with people holding their luggage. Communication was clear
