The car was easy to find and pickup went smoothly. The car was clean overall and drove well, although there was some staining on the seats when we picked it up, which had already been indicated.
Unfortunately, toward the end of our trip, we received a notification about an oil issue. When we checked the car, the oil level was at zero. We contacted the owners, and they were very responsive, nice, and helpful throughout the situation. They arranged for a tow truck to pick up the vehicle, but this ultimately left us without a car for the remainder of our stay, which was very inconvenient.
Overall, the car was fine for most of the trip, and the owners were great to communicate with. Unfortunately, the oil issue and being left without a vehicle significantly impacted our experience.

Overall the trip was successful. However, the rental arrived over an hour late. My friends and I had to walk about 10 minutes to an air conditioned building while we waited. Communication by the host was lacking during this time as well. The rental wasn’t clean from the prior occupant over a week ago. Unfortunately, Turo could not offer any compensation and the host was only able to offer a car wash and return of vehicle at any gas level. After we received the vehicle the trip was without incident.

You are right. The car was an hour late and I take full responsibility. It was cleaned betore you received it but since it sat for a week | offered to have it washed again free while driving you to it. You declined. I thought offering you a $100 tank of gas for an hour delay on a $140 3 day rental was more than adequate, but I guess not since you left the vehicle full of trash, didn't tell me where at the airport you left it parked, and left this stellar review🙄 I left you 5 stars, nice👍
