Sorry for the mishap that vehicle is brand new and shouldn't have ac issues we are working diligently to try and figure out if there is a ac issue or just a malfunction. As of now we aren't experiencing any issues. We will pay close attention within the next few days to see if we can get the issue to happen as you stated. We appreciate all guest making us aware of issue and we look to compensate if there were any issues to avoid negative rating which hurt our business as we are trying to grow

I had an outstanding experience renting from Alani! As a first-time Turo user, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Alani made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to help with both the pickup and drop-off. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
