I had an outstanding experience renting from Alani! As a first-time Turo user, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Alani made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to help with both the pickup and drop-off. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
The car was exactly as described, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely rent from Alani again and highly recommend him to anyone, especially if it’s your first time using Turo. Thanks again for making it such a smooth experience!

This car was amazing! I rented last minute after another host cancelled on me. This host was professional and responsive. The pick-up/drop off was seamless. I would definitely rent from him again.

Car was good for its size and capabilities.
Easy pickup location
Insurance policy was in the glove box but no registration. Requested it to the owner just in case but no document was produced after initial response.
Vehicle drove smoothly with good power.
Greeting so the registration was not needed the insurance info was in the box. Florida registered vehicles that are for hire registration is electronic and is visible via frvis a system used for vehicle registrations. Which is all attached to the tag of the vehicle. Turo also has a copy of the registration incase of any issues.
