Pick up location was great. The car was comfortable, ran well and AC worked great. It was pretty beat up with dents and scratches, and not very clean inside or out, but that didn’t interfere with the trip. I am attaching a picture of the dash warning lights that kept going off, such as the washer fluid, airbag issue, and cruise control. Again, did not interfere with trip. We did end up filling the washer fluid.

Thank you for renting from me. I was unaware of the airbag light issue I have set up an appointment with the dealership. As far as the dings on the vehicle they were fixed last month .Maui is extremely windy and dings happen all th ttime.The car is a 2021 and not brand new. I have car detailed quarterly. I have unlimited washes at car wash and vacuum and wash before every rental. T he new sunscreen s extremely difficult to clean. Sorry if the car wasn't up to your expectationsI try my best.

Car was great!! Big enough for all of our luggage and a really smooth, easy to drive car! The chairs and umbrella were an awesome perk!

car quality was good, a bit sluggish on the acceleration but wasn't often you'd have to merge onto a highway. car was left in the perfect spot when we arrived to Maui and instructions were clear. trunk space was a bit tight for a family of 4 with carryons only, so larger checked bags might be a tight tight squeeze. I will say this about the trunk space though, we went to Costco straight from the airport and managed to jam 10days worth of food AND our carryon luggage, so if you are adventurous enough, you can make it work with luggage. this was also on top of the complimentary two beach chairs and umbrella Stephen so kindly left for out vacation.
