Car was sufficient for our needs. Lots of small dings in the paint and some minor blemishes in the interior. Be sure to document well. Also, just a note, this host rents with less than a full tank. This is likely done to make it more likely that renters will return it with low fuel and they'll be able to charge for refuel. Not against Turo policy, but shady and indicative of a lazy host. I spent way too much time mentally calculating how much gas I would need until return so I wouldn't be low and not way higher than at pickup, too.
All in all, it wasn't awful, but the process can be much simpler.
