Awesome host!!

Unfortunately we had a poor experience with the host of this vehicle. Initially, an hour before check-in, I had to reach out to the host a couple times regarding check in instructions and to ask for my license to be approved as this wasn’t yet complete. The hosts informed us they were in Mexico, hence harder to reach but had a co-host looking after things. I still had little pick up instructions other than an address and when we arrived at the location, the car was not to be found. We walked around for more than half hour in the dark and did not hear back from the host, even after calling their cell directly. Thankfully, a local who knew the host helped us out by getting a hold of the host. We were informed that the car location hadn’t been updated and the car was parked a little ways away. I was still unsure how we were accessing the car but thankfully I had the lockbox combo from the return instructions that worked out. I did not complain about the difficult pick up process at this time. The next day, I messaged the host to notify them that the car does not have android auto as per the listing details and that we were disappointed since I specifically filtered vehicles based on this one spec as we like it for navigation purposes. I was immediately met with hostility and unprofessionalism. I was told that the car had “first gen android auto” and that if I really wanted a vehicle that was better, I should be booking a more expensive vehicle and that there was a phone holder for navigation. Amazing price and great experience overall! Super accommodating hosts and perfect vehicle for cruising around.
