absolutely loved this car!!! pickup was smooth, easy, and got us where we needed to go despite the power outages/ weather that weekend. car was clean/ spacious and provided us with beach chairs which was helpful. thank you for letting us extend the trip due to the car battery unexpectedly dying on us :)

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the vehicle does not have a check-engine light or any known mechanical issues. The battery became discharged because the headlights were left in the manual “on” position rather than automatic, causing them to remain on after the vehicle was turned off. We take vehicle maintenance and guest safety very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

This was my first time renting a car through Turo, and I was very happy with the experience. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
While I already had the car, he offered me an option to update my trip for an additional charge, which ended up saving us about $115 on taxi expenses.
The car was in excellent condition — clean, well maintained, and smoke-free. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent from this host again.
