Great car and super easy process to pick up and drop off

The car was clean and communication with the host was great. Everything was perfect besides Turo’s road side assistance. That was absolute garbage. We had a situation that required assistance and Turo left us out to dry to save themselves a few dollars. We waited on the side of the road for 8 hours through out the night in the middle of no where for turo’s assistance before we made the decision to pay for it and help ourselves out of our situation despite having paid extra for insurance and enhanced road side assistance. Ridiculous.

We had such a blast with this car! No trouble doing the road to Hana or Haleakala, and great gas mileage. Both filling up the tank and doing the charge were so easy. We even fit 5 people’s worth of luggage in the back. It was clean and in EXCELLENT shape. Such easy pick up and drop off at the airport.

Easy pickup and beautiful jeep, these guys are on the spot with there inform on where and how to get the your vehicle. We rented a hybrid, electric and gas option jeep. We only used it in the hybrid mode and got superior gas mileage, can’t say enough about the condition of this vehicle and how they worked with me because we arrived early and they had it ready to go for us. We also thought we needed it a little longer and reached out to them about maybe running late and they told not to worry, be safe. Didn’t need the extra time but just the thought that they understood and all was good with them. Great company to get your vehicle from and as I said earlier GREAT people who work there and will definitely rent from them again. Thanks Jeff and all your people for this great experience. Larry
