70% charge when picked up. That should never happen.
Also communicated with four different people initially.
But pickup and dropoff at my airport arrival and departure doors couldn't be better.
Hi Thomas, thank you for your feedback. Regarding the battery, we typically provide our EVs with 70–80% charge, which is standard industry practice. Regarding communication, there were only two hosts involved, not four. First, a former co-host we no longer work with, then our current co-host. The car was great, except for two issues. First, using the seats cooling feature released a bad smell into the car, so I could not use it. Thankfully it was not too hot on my trip. Second, was that the passenger windshield wiper would skip across the window. Thankfully there was not a lot of rain either, so it was not a huge issue on my trip. If you plan on wanting to use the seats cooling feature or and have to use the windshield wipers, make sure those items have been addressed before you pickup. Besides those two items, the car was great and communicating with the host was smooth.

This is a great car, a pleasure to drive, very clean (like new), and it was a lot of fun to rent it for our out-of-town trip and try it out. It's handy to have the NACS built in so you can charge at the open Tesla chargers as well as any CCS or J1772 (with adapters provided) along the way. Delivery and pick up of the car went very smoothly, Davyd was so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely rent again from this owner.

Great communication and very flexible. I highly recommend booking with this team. The vehicle was clean and came with charging adapters and all the information needed to use an EV.
