The host was amazing, very understanding and offered great communication.. The vehicle was clean and drove smoothly.. I will most definitely be going through them again on my next trip!!

This is a nice car and the owner does a good job of communicating with you, however there are some things you need to take into consideration when renting this vehicle.
*You will need to attest in the messages of the rules of the car before renting or else you will get your rental cancelled. I missed this and almost had my rental cancelled. I thought the messaging was just giving instructions on where to pick up the car like most rentals.
*There are several rules which are pretty standard except you have to keep copies of all gas receipts or you will be charged $50. And only premium gas.
*When picking up you have to call. There is no key box or code. You are not allowed to just check in on the app. For pick up, I was concerned because our flight was arriving late at 10:30pm and could have been delayed more.
*When dropping off you have to call. You are not allowed to drop in the parking garage/lot and go. We always allow extra time getting to the airport for traffic, etc and arrived 1 hour before our scheduled drop off time and was told we need to sit and wait in the cell phone lot for the owner to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before our scheduled 8am drop off or get charged $50 for not following drop off rules. We did the transfer of keys curbside and the owner inspected the vehicle for tidiness.
Again, this car is very nice but this experience has been stressful. I kept reviewing the rules to make sure I did not miss anything. We own and drive Audi’s (and our very particular with our cars) so I understand wanting to keep the car nice, but my rental car should not be the most stressful part of my trip.
