During my rental, I experienced several mechanical and maintenance-related issues that I think are important to mention. While the interior of the vehicle smelled good, it was noticeably dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly before pickup. The driver-side door frequently had trouble opening, which was inconvenient and at times frustrating. In addition, the overhead glasses holder unexpectedly fell down while I was driving, which was both distracting and a potential safety concern. The truck also felt like it could benefit from a general tune-up, as it did not seem to be running as smoothly as it should.
Despite these issues, the vehicle was still drivable, and I was able to complete the purpose of my rental. I made sure to return it early as well — my scheduled drop-off time was 3 PM, and I returned it by 11 AM. I wanted to provide this feedback so these concerns can be addressed for future renters.
